This idea will be fulfilled by Ilúvatar in the end, either by healing Arda, or by making a new Arda.

The work is largely based on the teachings of Djwhal Khul as presented in the book Esoteric Healing by Alice Bailey which describes the seven ray techniques of healing, the psychological and karmic causes of disease, the laws and rules of healing and the process of death and restitution.
Through meditation, Esoteric Healing uses triangles of etheric energy relating the chakras and the endocrine system in order to release the unimpeded flow of the life principle and soul energy which can lead to wholeness and healing.

THE TOLKIEN FORUM - What about the Second Music?
Thus, when Arda is healed, then I believe that the Elves will be healed with it.
To assume that the Elves will disappear when Arda is healed is to assume that they cannot live in an Arda that is changed from the Arda that existed the moment before, which cannot be true.
Lhun, I don't know if the Valar will ever be freed from their bonds to Arda.

Irmo, Lord of Dreams and Visions, is one of the Fëanturi, and as such he wields no hammer like Aulë, no spear like Oromë, for his dominion is the souls of those that dwell in Ëa.
Unlike his brother Nàmo he does not pass judgement on the disembodied spirits in Arda nor does he offer prophecies or words of Fate.
Wife of Manwe, Vala Queen of the Stars, who lives upon Ilmarin, upon the vast and tallest mountain of Arda named Taniquetil, often called the "Queen of Light" for that is her element.

 Proto-evangelion: the "Old Hope"
As Finrod and Andreth discuss the origin and meaning of human mortality, an astonished Finrod begins to speculate that healing Arda, "as agents of the magnificence Eru," is the great errand of Men: "to enlarge the Music [through which Arda and all of Eä was first made] and surpass the Vision of the World!"
In this conversation, life in Arda among the Children of Eru, the Elves and Men, is considered in three stages (or, perhaps, horizons): Arda Unmarred, Arda Marred, and Arda Healed.
But they speak of Eru Himself entering into Arda, and that is a thing wholly different.

MythicTruth :::: LotR :::: First and Last Things :::: ...
Frodo is allowed to return to the Garden of Eden of Middle-earth, to enjoy a time of unfallen-ness' in the beauty of an Unspoiled/Unfallen Arda [the created world]; an Arda before evil and corruption.
So he went both to a purgatory and to a reward, for a while: a period of reflection and peace, and a gaining of a truer understanding of his position in littleness and in greatness, spent still in Time amid the natural beauty of 'Arda Unmarred', the Earth unspoiled by evil.
It is in forging the Rings, driven by this desire, that they are ensnared by Sauron [who at the time could still show himself as an angel of light - like the devil].

THE TOLKIEN FORUM - You 'defenders' of the Valar, answer me this
Remember, from evil good must come as was stated by Eru and Arda Healed will be made better than Arda Unmarred.
Thus Frodo (by the express gift of Arwen) and Bilbo, and eventually Sam (as adumbrated by Frodo); and as a unique exception Gimli the Dwarf, as friend of Legolas and 'servant' of Galadriel.
Therefore, a gradual healing and immortality would be better for the ringbearers than the poison and slow death caused by being in touch with the ring.

The Barrow-Downs Discussion Forum - *Feanor,Turin and the Second Prophecy of Mandos*
From his point of view, he probably thought of this as a foreshadowing of Christ; and considering that he allowed that much overt Christianity into the legendarium here, he most likely meant that the messiah would return at the end of the world (Arda Marred) and help create Arda Healed.
"Yet had I but a little of that light I could recall life to the Trees, ere their roots decay; and then our hurt should be healed, and the malice of Melkor be confounded." -Yavanna before the Valar around the Ring of Doom.
When Earendil brought the Silmaril to them, wouldn't they have used it to heal the Trees if they still could?

Tolkien Online: The White Council :: View topic - Fading of the Elves
On earth the Quendi suffered no sickness, and the health of their bodies was supported by the might of the longeval fëar [souls].
The writer believes that this fading was, at least partly, physical -- i.e., if Elves had refused to heed the call to return to Aman, their bodies would (over milennia) eventually have withered away, so that only their spirits would have remained in Middle Earth.
whose nature or 'doom' was to abide in Arda until its end.

I can't imagine Tolkien would ever withold immortality from any of his creations, but I could imagine that his imagination just didn't tell him exactly whta the elves would become.
Tolkien in note iii of the Laws and Customs of the Eldar in the LQS section goes into some of teh ways this could concievably come about.
The Book forum excels itself with the Annotated LOTR Project.

Then, after Sauron has been defeated, we see him returned to Minas Tirith, having healed up just well enough, and just in time for Aragorn's coronation.
Maybe he sat by a tree and slowly pulled out the arrows, not so fast as to lose too much blood, not so slow as to have those arrows be healed inside him.

But "Thus, even as Eru spoke to us, shall beauty not before conceived be brought into a, and evil yet be good to have been." And from this we get: Arda Healed.
Before him nothing within Arda could be evil, and without him Arda would by far have suffered less.
Arda was at first meant to be a quite other place than it became, for Iluvatar had planned how he wanted it in his thoughts.

‘They say,’ answered Andreth: ‘they say that the One will himself enter into Arda, and heal Men and all the Marring from the beginning to the end….’
Are they asleep when they speak of escape and healing?’;
Among the Atani, as you call us, or the Seekers as we say: those who left the lands of despair and the Men of darkness and journeyed west in vain hope: it is believed that healing may yet be found, or that there is some way of escape.

On March 2, 3019, Gandalf healed Theoden and said, "Your fingers would remember their old strength better, if they grasped a sword-hilt."
When Theoden fell under the influence of Grima Wormtongue, Grima took Herugrim and locked it in his chest.
Theoden first accepted Eomer 's sword Guthwine and then he asked that Herugrim be retrieved from Grima.

It still felt good to touch each other's fading scars, and know we could do that much to aknowledge the past.
But while I search for a replacement, I wonder if we shouldn't send the whole department off to have the biorythm checked.

Lúthien healed Beren, and they came at last back to her father's halls at Menegroth.
There they heard tidings that the maddened wolf had entered Thingol's realm, and Beren set out with the King to the Hunting of the Wolf.
The wolf's innards were consumed with that burning, and it ran howling into the south.
