Publishing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A modern book or periodical publisher is the gateway through which authors must pass to see their work in print, whether physically such as on paper, or electronic.
Not only a loss of diversity in the range of authors published in mass market outlets, but also to a decline in the quality of a bestseller as most of the middle and lower level authors must have other employment to provide income while writing the work and waiting for the royalties.
Rather than try to write a bestseller, most of these small press authors shoot for the long range goal of writing the Great American Novel.

Infinity Publishing: The book publisher among the top publishers offering self publishing help.
As you seek a publishing home for you and your book, it's good to know that there is one publisher you can trust to deliver on the promise of being a published author.
Perhaps you have experienced rejection from traditional publishers due to your book being too similar to another title in their catalog; or because it was not the kind of title that they publish.
This revolutionary and efficient method allows us to publish titles written by first-time authors, titles that had been self published previously, titles with small markets, titles that are financially too risky for the traditional publisher, or titles that simply have been out of print.

But now, with POD books, publishers who do not want to relinquish rights can claim that the a book is still “in print” in the POD format although no print version exists in their warehouse (or anywhere else).
